Welcome to SportX.Pro ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SportX.Pro website, including SportX Pro Game, SportX Pro Shop, SportX Pro Events, and SportX Pro Tournaments (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or have parental consent if under 13, per COPPA) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Use of the Service

a. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. For certain features (e.g., SportX Pro Tournaments), additional age or eligibility requirements may apply.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or registering for events.

b. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

c. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Service’s functionality or security.
Post or share content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates intellectual property rights.
Use automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Service.
Resell or distribute products or services from SportX Pro Shop or Events without permission.

3. SportX Pro Shop

Products in the SportX Pro Shop are subject to availability. All prices are in USD (or your local currency) and exclude taxes or shipping fees unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy. Digital products are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

4. SportX Pro Events and Tournaments

Participation requires registration and may involve additional fees or eligibility criteria. You agree to abide by all event or tournament rules. We reserve the right to disqualify or remove participants for violating rules or engaging in unsportsmanlike behavior.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service (text, graphics, logos, game assets, etc.) is owned by SportX or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

6. User Content

You may submit content to the Service. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute this content in connection with the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Termination

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SportX and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Richmond, Virginia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
