1. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer local delivery within the Richmond, Virginia metropolitan area and select surrounding cities in Virginia. During checkout, the system will automatically check if your address is eligible for local delivery.
If your address is outside our local delivery zone, you will be notified at checkout and the order cannot be completed.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
- Local Standard Delivery: $9.99 flat rate for orders under $200.
- Free Local Delivery: On all orders over $200 within our delivery zone.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Delivery Timelines
Local Delivery: Typically 2–4 business days from the date your order is processed.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or high order volume.

Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive a tracking notification via email or SMS with real-time updates from our local delivery partner.
6. Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
- Damaged Packages: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If damaged, contact us within 24 hours at admin@sportx.pro with photos for a resolution.
- Missed Deliveries: Our driver will attempt redelivery or leave a notice if no one is available to receive the package.
