We ship to addresses in the United States and select international destinations. During checkout, you can confirm if your location is eligible for delivery. If your country or region is not listed, please contact us at support@sportx.pro to inquire about availability.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
- Standard Shipping: Available for all orders, with delivery typically within 5–7 business days for U.S. addresses and 10–15 business days for international orders.
- Expedited Shipping: Available for select products and destinations, with delivery typically within 2–3 business days for U.S. addresses and 5–10 business days internationally.
- Free Shipping: Offered on orders over $1000 within the U.S. (exclusions may apply, such as oversized items).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. All prices are displayed in USD and exclude any applicable taxes or customs fees.
3. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EDT or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
- During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays or major sales), processing may take up to 3 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
4. Delivery Timelines
Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method:
- United States:
- Standard: 5–7 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days
- International:
- Standard: 10–15 business days
- Expedited: 5–10 business days

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, or DHL). If you don’t receive a tracking number within 3 business days of your order, contact us at admin@sportx.pro.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s government.
- These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs and must be paid upon delivery.

- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery, we will refund the order amount minus shipping costs, or reship at your expense.
